Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor has it been before another journal for consideration.
- The submission file is in Microsoft Word file format.
- Title page file (example)
- The abstract, 150 to 200 words, should include purpose, method, findings, and conclusion.
- The main headings should be included in the journal template. The template is not mandatory for articles submitted for review. The template can be used for accepted papers.
- The text is single-spaced, and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points rather than at the end.
- Ethics committee approval document (For all kinds of research conducted with qualitative or quantitative approaches that require data collection from participants using surveys, interviews, focus groups, observations, experiments, and interview techniques, example)
- Similarity report (similarity percentage must be less than 15%, and the iThenticate software may be used. The filtering options of the relevant program are set as follows: - Bibliography excluded - Quotes included - Limit match size to 5 words - Other filtering options in the program menu are not included in the report.)
All of the above conditions must be met together. In case of deficiency, no action will be taken, and no warning will be sent to the author.

The author retains unrestricted copyrights and all publishing rights.
Authors retain the copyright of the published papers and grant to the publisher the non-exclusive right to publish the article, to be cited as its original publisher in case of reuse, and to distribute it in all forms and media.
Authors can deposit all versions of their paper in an institutional or subject repository.

The Journal allows Author(s) to deposit all versions of their paper in an institutional repository and non-commercial subject-based repositories, such as PubMed Central, Europe PMC, arXiv, and other repositories, or to publish it on Author's personal website and departmental website (including social networking sites, such as ResearchGate, Academia.edu, etc.).
Publisher copyright and source must be acknowledged and a link must be made to the article's DOI.
Privacy Statement
The IJCES is a refereed journal and has a double-blind review process. Any manuscript submitted for consideration in publication in the IJCES is reviewed by at least two international reviewers with expertise in the relevant subject area.
The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
